Troubleshooting Tips
If you are a Broadband Internet Customer please try the following troubleshooting tips should you experience technical difficulties with your North Carolina Wireless connection.
1) Verify if your connection is working. Try to use various Internet applications such as your email, web browser or other applications. Note if any of them are working.
2) If it seems that your connection is completely down first try the following:
Restart your computer
Restart any Routers or Switches you may have in place
Re-power the modem/antenna CPE provided by North Carolina Wireless
If these steps don't resolve any connectivity problems you may have, you should contact us at your earliest conveninece to resolve any connectivity related issues.
